Burlington Industrial Park is a master-planned industrial park consisting of four buildings totaling approximately 1,600,000 square feet. MRP Industrial developed the Park on behalf of the owner, Clarion Partners. The Burlington County site is accessed from Highway 130 and is less than 2.5 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 6A.

The first phase of the project included Building 1 (545,850 SF) as well as the speculative development of Building 2 (478,000 SF) and Building 3 (172,000 SF). Building 1 is a Build-To-Suit for H&M that delivered in the Summer of 2016. Building 2 is leased to American Hotel Register and Building 3 is leased to HD Supply. The second phase, Building 4, is a speculative 192,000 SF facility that delivered in December 2017. Building 4 is leased to Ta Chen and NDS.
