Eastgate is a master planned, three (3) building, 2.3 million square foot industrial park located in Perryman, Harford County, Maryland, approximately 30 miles northeast of Baltimore along the I-95 Corridor. Eastgate presents a unique opportunity to lease or own a Class A regional distribution facility in one of the most land constrained locations on the East Coast. Providing easy access to Baltimore/Washington, Philadelphia, and New York/New Jersey, future tenants will be able to serve over 40% of the nation’s population within a single day’s drive. Phase One, comprised of the first two buildings within the park, totals over 1.2 million square feet. Building B is a speculative facility that completed construction in January 2018. Within six months, the project team secured the global third party logistics company, Kuehne + Nagel.  The facility became operational late August 2018 and has generated approximately 250 jobs. Building C is a 600,000 square foot build-to-suit for the national specialty retail chain, The Container Store. This is The Container Store’s second bulk warehouse in the country and it serves their operations on the East Coast. Phase Two of the project is a speculative 1 million square foot facility with a 200,000 SF expansion pad.
