Ace Richardson
Senior Vice President
Ace Richardson is a Senior Vice President at MRP Industrial. He is responsible for new project pursuits, land entitlements and development activities across the Southeast.
Ace has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate development. Prior to joining MRP Industrial, he was on the development team at Red Rock Developments. Involved in all markets across Red Rock’s platform, he worked on over 10 million square feet of Class-A, ground up industrial development on the East Coast and in the Mid-West. Before RRD, Ace led the West Coast office in Los Angeles for Johnson Development Associates. During his time there, he was involved in 650,000 square feet of self-storage development, totaling over $120 million of total project cost across Southern California.
Ace holds a B.S. in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from The University of Alabama and a Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from Clemson University.
