Connor Balloun
Accounting Manager
Connor Balloun is an Accounting Manager at MRP Industrial and is responsible for leading the company’s accounting activities including monthly project draws and generating project accounting reports, monthly financial statements and accounts payable. Connor works closely with the company’s Principals and the MRP Realty accounting team to maintain corporate financial reports as well as assisting in annual budgets and financial forecasting.
Prior to joining MRP Industrial in 2021, Connor worked with CohnReznick LLP as a Senior Audit Associate where he helped facilitate various engagements in the commercial and hospitality industries and worked alongside managers and partners on Historic Tax Credit rehabilitation engagements.
Connor holds a B.S. in Accounting from King’s College and an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.
