Daniel S. Hudson
Managing Principal
Dan Hudson is the Managing Principal of MRP Industrial leading the company’s new project pursuits, joint venture relationships and the capitalization of development opportunities.
Dan has 35 years of experience in commercial real estate development and investment having managed the capitalization and delivery of over 30 Million square feet of projects valued at more than $4.0 Billion. Since co-founding MRP Industrial in 2013, Dan has overseen development of over 50 Class A distribution centers, totaling more than 20 million square feet. Prior to MRP Industrial, Dan served as Regional Partner for Panattoni Development Company and Senior Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic business unit at Trammell Crow Company.
Dan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
